I had been lifting and dieting for about 10 years, with moderate success, but had reached a point where I was just constantly adding weight and never losing any successfully, and when I did, I had to go to lengths that compromised most of the muscle I had put on while massing. Knowing I had a very limited amount of knowledge about dieting I reached out to my coach about doing 1:1 diet coaching. Right out the gate I could tell where I had been going wrong.
My coach didn’t just tell me what I needed to eat, it was really much more, almost like getting a small education in nutrition. She broke down the macros needed and why I needed them at certain times. Any time I hit a plateau we were able to work through it fairly easy, while normally I would struggle with this on my own. After working with him for nearly 2 years, I am blown away with both my results and my newfound knowledge of proper dieting.
